My Husband and I highly recommend Wallace Sasaki for any family seeking a realtor, whether one needs to buy or sell a home. We met Wallace at an open house during our house hunt and instantly formed a connection. We were at the beginning of our house search and in general, fairly new to the home buying process. Wallace answered all of our questions, provided complete and accurate information, all without trying to be pushy or force his services on us. Wallace was always available for a phone call or email, or was extremely prompt in returning our phone calls and emails. Wallace was able to quickly get a sense of the overall type of home we were seeking. He showed us a variety of homes in the price range that we were comfortable in. When those homes did not meet our expectations, he was patient while my husband and I reworked our budget. He continued to support our search in any way that he could. Wallace worked with our schedule that included school, work, and kids and made it possible for us to look at homes when it was convenient for us.
Shortly after the purchase of our new home, we referred a close family friend to Wallace as their realtor in the sale of their home. Although I'm unsure of all of those details, it was a quick, successful sale in which our friends were appreciative and satisfied.
We cannot say enough good things about Wallace Sasaki. His work ethic, genuine personality, and knowledge in his field are unsurpassed. I think the only way that we were able to sell my house in Monterey Park was because you persevered with us. I have to admit to you that I didn´t give us a great chance of moving the house during the winter time. I was very concerned because we were going right into Halloween, Thanksgiving and then Christmas.
Wallace, thanks for being so confident that the deal would get done. I am glad that you kept me level headed even when I wanted to pull out of the deal because I was uncertain of the buyer´s qualification. Your professionalism made this tough transaction bearable. In February I talked to Wallace Sasaki about selling my house. He gave me very good advice. We put up the house for sale. The first day we got a bid, it was a little low, but we answered it. He gave me good advice on how to sell it.
If I had another house to sell I would hire Wallace to sell it for me. I think he is a good Real Estate Salesman.

I wanted to take this time to express my graditiude with the service that Wallace Sasaki and his partner provided. In the begining I was adamant about working with an agent who just started out in the business. The logic behind my thinking was that I felt a "rookie" agent would be more dedicated to her clients than a tenured realtor who had a lot of business. However, I was mistaken. I quickly learned that nothing would compare to the professionalism and knowledge of an experienced real estate agent.
There is definitely some Risk involved when you buy a home, a lot of paperwork, stress, and legal jargon. My advice is to use a professional real estate agent. Don't Risk doing business with an ameteur who may be unprofessional and inexperienced.
